This situation with our HVAC unit had to due with draining issue and an install in 2014. It's a long story and very unique.But overall we just bought this house last October so haven't even established with Anderson Heating and cooling. ( this was our second opinion on our situation). I just wanted to say this service man , (sorry I couldn't remember his name) was so professional and addressed ALL our concerns. I was extremely impressed and I just can't say enough about it.
