We use Anderson for our annual checkups and were cautioned about the longevity of our furnace. Sure enough, it went out this month. But within a few days, we had a brand new furnace fully installed. Anderson's team is responsive, professional, respectful and honest. We're very happy with the service we received and our new furnace!

Anderson's did not actually service my equipment - they were scheduled, but called ahead of time and asked for a picture. They pointed out the problem with the drain (caused by me!) and saved us a service call. Will I use them in the future? Absolutely. They could've said nothing, charged me for the call, and gone right on about their day. Integrity and customer service is worth an awful lot in the service business.
