When we were considering selling our current home and building. We met with essentially every builder in the area and weren’t feeling confident in any of them to build new. We decided on staying and are now at the beginning phases of our remodel process. O’Brien builders came highly recommended to us by several of the areas best realtors. Although, we found out that they do not currently do remodels. I had contacted Mr. O’Brien regarding our project and although this his not his scope of work he still came to my home to walk through the project, look over some of the bids we received, talk through our ideas and help us narrow down the project. He is VERY knowledgeable, thorough and honest. If we were doing a new build he would’ve been our builder. We were extremely impressed If you are building, this is your contractor hands down, and this is coming from someone who’s literally met with them all!
