I had to call in over the weekend while husband was hunting and had amazing service! It ended up being simple issue but they made sure I understood the ins and outs and what to be on the lookout for!! 5 out of 5!

We have used Kuettels Septic Service twice since moving into our home. The first time they stopped out I thought they were very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The second time I called them was late on a Sunday because we had a sewage backup. I was so glad they had an afterhours support team. They were able to schedule us and got us taken care of first thing Monday morning. The following morning when the service man got to our house you could tell he had already had a busy morning yet he did his work with a smile on his face and was very fast. They are a very friendly, professional and overall a top notch company, from scheduling to completion. They came out to pump my tank for the 3 year inspection at which time they caught an issue with the baffle in my tank. Doug called in and arranged for them to replace it and jet out the system, it was done the same afternoon. It was a small price to pay vs. digging up my yard and potentially dealing with system replacement down the road.Kuettel's understands customer service, you won't be disappointed.Services: Drain cleaning
