Lyric and Dr. Logan are truly amazing! They got my baby kittens in right away and made the whole process so simple. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in their care. Dr. Logan answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered opportunity for more without rushing or making me feel like an inconvenience, as I have experienced at other places. Lyric is an amazing tech! She is very personable and proficient in her work! Needless to say, I have never had a bad experience here. The facility is always clean and the staff is so kind. I have taken both my dogs and my cats here and will continue to do so.

We love Heritage Animal Hospital! The team is always so friendly and knowledgeable at both Hortonville and Greenville. They always answer my questions even the tiniest ones. They are usually able to get our pets in quickly for sick visits. One of our pets had a chronic illness that required multiple visits. The doctor helped us get an appt. with the University of WI a few days after her diagnosis whereas when I called on my own they scheduled her for a few weeks out. I appreciate the doctor advocating for our pet. The team did a great job with her follow-up care.

We are new to Hertiage with our German Shepard puppy. Our pup Rambo loves being spoiled with attention from all the girls there, and Dr. Logan is awesome! He's very knowledgeable about his breed!
