“I am very content with my stylist and this business, but I have one comment. It looked like they overcharged me 70 cents. Yes, I felt like an idiot going in for a 70-cent credit. I was educated by staff that it was a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. They did have the policy in a photo frame at the front desk, but how many see that? Could they just let you know that when they swipe your card. I felt like a second-class citizen, no sorry for the misunderstanding. Had it been a line item on the receipt I would have understood, and not felt the need to waste my time and go in there.“
