Worked with Mike at Holmen location. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped guide me through selections to find the right products for my home. Installation crew led by Jose was absolutely amazing. They installed luxury vinyl planks over a large area in the basement and carpet on the stairs quickly and without any damage to the house (including freshly painted walls). I have already recommended Carpet City to others and they have also been very satisfied with sales and installation. Highly recommended and I will use them again for any future flooring needs.
I would highly recommend this place to anybody living in the area., or have a cabin in the area., the service was fantastic and their knowledge of their products as well! We had carpet installed in our cabin by Rafael and his staff and they did an awesome job and were very respectful and professional! Very satisfied!!!
I am extremely pleased with my experience at Carpet City in Holmen. The showroom was large enough to show fully laid out samples of the flooring I chose. Joe, my salesman, was extremely helpful. His past experience as a realtor was helpful to me in bouncing off ideas. The crew (Jose and Jose) which installed my LVP flooring were professional and did a great job. I would definitely use Carpet City again.
