These guys were swamped but got my work truck in and got me on the road. I’m out of town so this was so amazing, especially since they’re so deep with other vehicles. It’s refreshing to see top-notch customer service! Very kind and knowledgeable staff members! My starter went out early morning and Carlson was able to get my truck in the same day. They had fixed the solution by 1:30 p.m that day. Much appreciated, highly recommend!
I was visiting my mother in Hayward. When I was about half a mile from her house my check engine like came with my glow plug light flashing. I told the owner what was going on with my car and also mention I was leaving for southern Ohio the next day (Tuesday).
