“I recently hired Modern Exterior in Waukesha for a roof repair on my rental property. The overall experience was easy. They conducted a thorough inspection and pointed out a few areas that needed fixing, including some leaks and damaged shingles. The crew showed up on time and carried out the repairs efficiently. “I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. “Bulldog did an amazing job on my roof, not a nail or shingle in the yard, done in 1 day and I have the best looking roof on the block.

Tim was nicer and more knowledgeable than my other quotes, didn't waste my time with a big show and they were about half the price of my other quotes, and with a certified manufacture warranty.

Ryan the manager came out too, help with a lot of my paperwork and was very nice. Carl the production manager was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process, followed up and had his guys complete the roof within 3 weeks of doing paperwork.

The owner Wes followed up and asked how my project went, never had the owner of a company follow up after getting the money before.

I'm extremely happy, will use Bulldog again for my windows. I referred a few neighbors and they are already going to do the house across the street from me.
