I am a long term member of club Austin. On Tuesday I had my furnace maintenance done and Todd R was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and has been to my home in the past. Last year my husband passed away and Todd was shocked by this and was very supportive. It was nice that he remembered him because of his awesome beard. He also remembered my large Malamute Pancho we had the last time he was here. He truly cared and showed it in our interaction. Thank you for your concern and support. We woke up on a very cold winter morning to a seized well water pump, failing pressure tank, and NO WATER!! I called Austin as soon as they opened and was quickly put at ease that they could help us SAME DAY! By 7:30am they already had Dylan on his way. He was able to get a solution within the hour and Chris brought the well truck. Dylan and Chris worked all day in the cold to get us squared away. My husband and I are quite pleased with the rapid response, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable technicians, and the fact they could offer same-day service, even at a time when call volume is high due to the frigid weather. We are first-time customers and will definitely continue to hire Austin in the future. I highly recommend!
