The best care! The staff and Dr A are all top notch, she really listens and offers advice based on my lifestyle. Very positive environment and they go above and beyond for their customers.

If I rated this place based on my first appointment I would give it 1 star. Do not get the digital exam!!! I was given a prescription by the virtual optometrist for contact lenses that were impossible to order because they did not exist. When I called the manager Chelsea she took over and tried to figure out a solution to the issue. Chelsea was awesome! She did everything she needed to do to fix the problem. I am giving the 5 star review because even though there were some issues Chelsea took care of them and made things right.

The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Amidon explain everything to me so I can understand. Answered all my questions. It was a great experience! I'd high recommend Shopko Optical in Hartford.
