Sharon Gnas • South Sunnyslope • Just had them do foundation work for us. They did a good job, they did put runners down.Even put some on the basement steps, even after I told them they didn't have to do the steps.They cleaned up after themselves, asked me if I had any questions or concerns.They also tied back one of my bushes that I thought they were gonna have to dig up but they didn't have to. I was happy about that. The crew were all very nice! I would not have a problem recommending them to anyone.Service: Waterproofing

Jayme came to our house to give us a quote on a cracked wall in our basement & some staining at the base of the wall. He advised us that there was no need to fix any of the cracks he saw but advised us to clean the stain and keep an eye out for any water intrusion. He was very friendly & honest and we immediately felt comfortable with him. Should our basement require work at some point, American Foundation will immediately get our business. Here's the rub: we had another quote two days before Jayme from a nationally franchised waterproofing company who wanted $20K to "solve the problem." It's comforting to know contractors like Jayme are out there!

They came out quickly to give me a quote and explained everything that they were going to do to correct the problem. It was less extensive than I thought it was going to be. They were in and out in 1 day and did not leave a mess for me. Could not be happier. Joe was the crew leader and explained to me what work he did and how the problem was corrected. I could not be happier with the out come. Have not had any real bad rains but everything seems to be working the way it should. 5 Stars
