“I have been Ulta customer for a long time and usually do not have any issues. I did recently have a situation where I was gifted a defective gift card (it had money on it which could be verified but the pin was faulty). After countless attempts through Ulta website and customer service lines with no luck, I tried one last time to get it figured out in store. I am very grateful for Sarah who helped get it sorted out. She listened to what I had tried before and instead of just saying sorry and turning me away she made it right. It was a very unusual, unlikely problem I had (which is why no one probably could help me before) so I am very thankful she was able to think outside the box and find a solution.
