Came out same day called for service. Checked and made sure everything was working and heating properly. Technician was friendly and professional. Would call again. Highly recommended.

Cory worked to understand needs, discovered we did not need an outlet since one was in place, discovered we did not need 220 outlet due to appliance was only 110. Discovered our switch in bath was connected to thermostat to control humidity and left in place. Saved us some money, very good in explanations about what he found. Cleaned up his work spaces. Great person to have come to our house and help us. Would request his work on any future projects.
Had Dylan and Andrew also for plumbing work. Two projects for us to get the home upgraded. Worked well together and did a great job.

Morgan serviced my furnace & ac & checked my gas fireplace. She’s very knowledgeable. Mario worked on 2 plumbing issues. They were able to come the same day as I called which was greatly appreciated. They explained the 2 plumbing issues & fixed them in a timely manner.
Don Fox is easy to work with & I will be getting a new furnace & AC next week. The joys of buying a home!!! Glad they are reliable & experienced. Esteban had to pop over for an emergency toilet fix. He fixed my issue quickly. Great group of hard workers at Black Haak! Tanner & his coworker did a great job installing my ac/furnace. Mario popped in and fixed my shower issue.
