“I love this place! They are all so kind here the groomers and the employees! My dog is jumpy and I'm trying to work with him and they never once make me feel bad for it! They are great there and I will go there for life!! So happy with this place! I recommend the groomers they are lovely!! Also very very educated my dog has the kind of coat to where you don't get him cut and I didn't know that and they informed me of that and also helped me with his ears!!!“

Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. Also offer several grooming services. We have an abused dog and he feels very safe with them and always comes home happy. Playtime has been a huge factor in his socialization skills.“

“We were so nervous to take our tiny 4lb puppy to daycare for the first time. He’s been struggling with separation anxiety at home and we thought there was no way he would make it through a full day of daycare. Central Bark made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Fair pricing on their services, and sometimes their team will accommodate same day appointments as well - which is extremely convenient with our hectic schedules.“

I appreciate the help ending her suffering.One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. Yes, her prices are a bit higher than the chain pet store groomers, but not once did I have to worry about her well-being. The results were always adorable and well worth the few extra dollars. Gracie recently "crossed the rainbow bridge", but if I ever get another dog, she will be going to Lulu's Dog Pawlour. They asked me questions my previous two vets never did, took the time to thoroughly explain things, and came up with a plan to help my dog’s ongoing issues.
