Hugh and the staff at Max Sass were kind and caring. They were empathetic towards our needs. They were efficient and continued to check on my well being after the death of my fiancé.
My mom had set up a prepaid funeral plan and Max A Sass & Sons made this emotional process go extremely smooth. We worked with Sara out of the branch in of Greenfield, Wisconsin. Sarah was extremely professional very attentive and when we had an issue after the funeral, it was taking care of immediately. I highly suggest anybody who can, set up prepaid funerals to help your loved ones through this difficult process and definitely do it through Max A Sass & Sons.
