Firstly, I don't speak Tieng Viet (beyond a handful of phrases), so when I go into the store, it's with an expectation that I'm going to face a challenge and it will take longer to find what I want than if I went to a store that caters to English speakers. That said, although I can see how some people might get frustrated, Tuan has never been impatient with me and we've had some good laughs figuring things out. Not to generalize, but the experience shopping here is pretty authentic to shopping in the suburbs of some cities in Viet Nam, and personally, I enjoy that unique style of hospitality. Be patient and he'll take better care of you than you wanted him to ;)

It's a nice place to find all of your nail and spa needs. However maybe the store might need to be a little more bigger. When I went inside today, other than the worker, I was the only one!
