Bob had come the next day & they gave me a quote quickly. Bob told me that he was about 1 week behind on doing the work. I had a Front Big Window repaired. The Window sills were cracked. We also had the back door repaired. The Rough section around the door was gapped & he repaired the door & all we had to do was stain that area. He also adjusted the Screen door. It was sticking. I will hire them again. I have another small project for them to do.

Recently had Broken Windows come and replace 25 windows at my home. Bob and Nicky were wonderful - very customer focused, creative in figuring out solutions to some challenges, and the installation was done very well. Would definitely use them again.

The people. That's Broken Windows. They are true pros. They are very committed to the job of making the customer happy. We had glass replaced in some of our vinyl replacement windows. Everything about the process was well-run. Although they're very busy, you'll find from sales through service -- pure excellence! Job very well done!!
