I had new carpeting and tile floors installed throughout my home. Nicole and Sam both made the selection process very easy. Sam was able to install the new flooring over the existing flooring, saving $$. The price was less than I was expecting and more than fair. This was a big job! There were different installers for the tile and carpet. The tile was installed on the first day. The carpet was installed on the subsequent two days. The installers were great. They only took a short lunch break and were at it all day each day. The furniture was carefully moved out and put back in place. They vacuumed the new carpet and swept up the new floors. Amazing. Can't say enough good things. Setting up my chiropractic office, my leasing manager was on vacation (didn't get my remaining carpet install timed correctly), but Sam came through to finish it on time. Called Sam on a Friday and explained the situation, said we were opening on the following Monday and needed the remaining carpet install completed ASAP. They don't work on weekends, but Sam managed to get some guys out promptly Saturday morning to complete the job in time for me to open my office so I could see my patients. Also, his install guys were very polite and respectful. Don't look anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Very happy.... read full review
