“I took my 9 year old son there to try and fix a horrible haircut from a different place. Alex was very friendly and reassured us that she could help. He wanted to keep the length on the top which I thought would be impossible because of how badly it was cut the day before. But she did it!! He is happy and said he can now go out in public.
