“I took my 9 year old son there to try and fix a horrible haircut from a different place. Alex was very friendly and reassured us that she could help. He wanted to keep the length on the top which I thought would be impossible because of how badly it was cut the day before. But she did it!! He is happy and said he can now go out in public. He wants to go to Alex every time now! And on a side note one of my other son’s who has curly hair goes to Alexis and she does an amazing job as well. She listens to what he wants even when he doesn’t exactly know. She has saved me from hearing a lot of complaining from my teenager! Highly recommend!
