Just had our air ducts cleaned and very happy with the results. Leszek and Julius were very pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend and will be using again in the future!

ProMax was lifesaver, and helped me immediately. At almost 5:00 on a Friday evening, our sump pump overflowed into our basement and soaked the carpeting due to a frozen exterior sump hose. Promax answered the call, and came over immediately to pull the water out of the carpeting, and saved us from having a much larger problem, including having to likely replace the carpeting.
After the carpet and padding had dried, they came back again and shampooed / steam cleaned the carpeting to make it like new again. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating to reflect the absolutely outstanding customer service that they provide. Highly recommend!
