“I have been completing surveys with Reckner for many years now and overall enjoy the experience. They conduct a number of studies in a large variety of industries, though primarily they focus on food and personal care products. To ensure I am not violating any of the agreements I sign when participating in a trial, I won't go into detail in terms of what products I have tested and there are some studies for the same type of product that I have assisted with several times. Studies can be in-person at their facility, or virtual and in some cases the product can be mailed to you directly and you answer the research questions through an email link.My biggest issue with Reckner has to do with the surveys they send via email to gauge interest and suitability for a study. It is not uncommon to answer two dozen demographic questions before getting screened out for not purchasing the right brand(s) or type(s) of products. Seems that the criteria for the study should be the initial questions asked to save the respondents time and energy. Other than that, it's a pretty solid organization to work with and I hope to keep getting invited to participate in studies.“
