I just had my first appointment at the Greendale location, and had the best experience! I have fairly sensitive teeth, and Madison, the hygienist, was so understanding. She made me feel at ease and the cleaning was totally painless. For someone who has suffered through many painful cleanings as my past dental office, this was huge deal for me! Dr. Ben was great as well, and super friendly! 5 stars without a doubt!
Update: I just had my 2nd cleaning at the Greendale location, and it went great! Kelly, Katie, and Dr. Ben are the real MVPs. I highly recommend Lakeshore!
The staff is friendly and professional which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Doctor knows his craft and gave good advice to maintain healthy teeth. Definitely will be coming back!
Very friendly staff, especially for people with high anxiety about dental work. Dr. Ben is very professional, relatable, and gives it to you straight up. I was able to get my smile back after years of hiding it! Highly recommend
