I have used this company for over 30 years both for residential rental properties, commercial properties as well as my home. I have been more than satisfied with them. They are prompt, professional and offer a good value with their service and products. I have used them for both service and installation of new equipment. I would highly recommend them to all.

We recently had out HVAC blower motor go out and replaced by J and B. Kevin diagnosed, ordered the part, and came back with the part when they said they said they'd be here, and installed it. A/C working again!! 5 stars! Yes it was expensive, but another company diagnosed the same problem and was going to charge even more!

An A-1 experience today with Will from J&B In servicing a boiler at a duplex I own. A few comments: - he was very patient despite my difficulty in locating the right keys - clearly he is knowledgeable and experienced in what he does; but beyond that he took the time to carefully describe the work that was being done and to educate me on the system and what could be done to properly maintain it (including giving me a radiator key to use in future!) -Will takes great pride in his work and demonstrates a concern for getting the job done right the first time. If only that approach was more -revel at today. - he went well beyond a service call/tune-up and took the time to bleed each radiator and address issues that were contributing to diminished heat. These extra steps are greatly appreciated and will reduce my energy costs. - I felt that he approached the job from the customer's perspective and not trying to up-sell or pad the bill. Very practical and free with excellent advice. - the charge was very reasonable given his time and expertise. In short, I highly recommend this company based upon my experience - a pleasant departure from some previous HVAC service providers.
