Great staff! Have always been very helpful and accommodating with our entire family from adults down to our littles! Would recommend for wonderful experience and overall care for the entire family!
I want to thank Dr. Mcclarie for squeezing me into her busy schedule when my crown came off and Dr. Matilla was not in the office that day. She addressed my concerns and adjusted my bite a bit. I'm confident it will stay put this time....Oh, and did I forget to mention there was no charge? Thank you, Dr. Elese!!!
I will never go to another dentist office. From the secretaries to the dentist themselves, every single person you come into contact with is so knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and caring. Due to previous dental trauma, I had a panic attack during my first cavity fill. Dr. Nick stopped the whole procedure, took everything out of my mouth and chilled out while I calmed down. When I was ready, he just began again. No judgement, just patience. Every hygienist listens and cares so much about their patients and truly is there to educate and support you.
If you have previously hated going to the dentist, I recommend Willow Bay. Hands down, no contest.
