I went to Target to get new frames and lenses, I haven't had them since 2001! It was a great experience, when I entered the clerk asked if he could assist me and I told him I was going to look for frames and he pointed me to the women's section and he just let my friend and I alone and then asked if I'd like to know what my insurance would cover for frames. He gave me that print-out so I was aware of what I could shop for, which made it much easier to decide! Then came the fun part! Arlo, the Target Salesperson, was GREAT! Today we worked with Diane who was not only kind, helpful, and thoughtful. But she was also incredibly knowledgeable! Which in todays day and age is a rare breath of fresh air! We will be doing all of our optical purchases with target after our experience with Diane!

I've been wearing glasses & contacts for 30 years. I've never had such an awesome experience from start to finish. Most effective eye exam, best consult when ordering eyeglasses. When I was recommended a service or product, I was told exactly why it would be a good fit for me. There were specific answers to all my questions, and everyone was so friendly.
