Had them come to give an estimate for a roof replacement. They were courteous and respectful during the inspection. They showed me the quote and information on the tablet in person. I asked for it to be sent to my email because I needed a few more quotes yet, and I haven't seen it in almost a month now. They seemed surprised that I wanted to get three to four quotes before deciding who to go with.Update: They reached out, confirmed the email address and sent the estimate quickly thereafter.

A note about our experience with Security-Luebke Roofing, Inc. Right from our first meeting with J.J. who was our contact person, we knew we had made the right choice for our roofing project. He was so personable and knowledgeable and made the whole process understandable. There was communication throughout the entire project and the crew who did the work were really great. They were on time, their equipment was neat and well-cared for and the trucks were spotless! The job was completed on time and as quoted and the entire area was left totally clean as they found it.
