We have been going to Riverside for years and they truly are the best. We have seen multiple vets there and they are all amazing and take their time to discuss any thoughts or concerns- they are also great at communication ( either phone calls or email). We had an emergency over the weekend and I called the office today and I was able to be seen within a few hours of calling. Dr. Moede was incredible, I can't thank her enough for her time and how understanding she was. I would refer all my friends and family to Riverside. They very passionate about the care they provide to our pets.
My dog is reactive and going to the vet hits every one of her triggers. The vets and the staff always take their time to ensure my pup is feeling okay with them before starting the exam. That helps so much!
They have taken good care of our animals for almost 25 years, and done so with great kindness and an obvious love of animals. When our Greta had to be euthanized, their kindness and care made it easier to bear. Cannot imagine ever going elsewhere.
