We hired Ray’s to clean and inspect our fireplace and pellet stove. He cleaned the fireplace well, but cleaned our pellet stove then informed us it was broken. He had no idea how to fix it, but still charged us $200 total. We now are left with a broken, clean, useless piece of equipment. When I called about this, he said he was looking into how to fix it and would get back to me. That was the last I heard from him.

I emailed (email address on the website) to setup an appt for my fireplace. They responded that i needed to call to make an appt. I called to make an appt and was told they needed to call me back in 5 min to make the appt. They never called back. Guess I will take the hint.Update...I called on 11/7
