Please do not commit to this accounting firm. I have wasted so much time and effort with this company that I can't even type out my frustration.1.) They talked a pretty good game in the beginning, but could not deliver on their promises.2.) They lead my bookkeeper to incorrect practices for weeks, did not associate correct buckets, then blamed bookkeeper for the mis-guided mistakes. Including charges for every second they talked, thought, or took a phone call in regards to my account.3.) They would invite me one time a week to go over the account, which was a huge waste of time. Been working with pro data IV for 4 years since I started my business. They’ve been a pleasure to work with and have been very helpful with making my business a success. I would highly recommend them.
