Chase was there right on schedule. Kept me up to date on everything they were doing. He was so laid back and had a great attitude. I thought being without power for 6 hours was going to be rough, but he kept me up to speed on everything. He even was singing on the job which was great! I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone! I called PLB thinking I had an issue with my panel as I only had power to about 2/3 of my house. The kind person advised me to give WPS a call as it could be a connection issue. I thought it was so odd that I could have partial power. I called WPS and they sent someone out and sure enough it was an issue with the line connection. That tip saved me an unnecessary visit from an electrician and proves to me that this company does business with trust and integrity. The whole process with plb was incredibly easy. I called on Monday and they were able to be there by thursday. They communicated when they were coming and even sent a notification the day before. That morning I was sent a picture of my tech so I knew who to expect. Pedro was awesome. Explained everything very well. I had a ceiling fan in the master bedroom replaced. Thanks again.
