You can't go wrong working with Jen. I like that she is always willing to help teach me things to do on my own too. That tells me that they care more about ME as the customer than they do about just making money. I've worked with Pinnacle professionally now for more than 10 years both for business and personal taxes. Jen has become a friend throughout the years. Thanks Pinnacle! Highly recommend.
I had an exceptional experience with Dana at Pinnacle Consulting Group! I own an Etsy shop and like I'm sure a lot of creatives who have a small business was VERY confused about the tax side of things.
