This is the second time I’ve needed an electrician quickly. This time, an outlet was making a crackling sound. I called and explained the issue to the receptionist. She informed me they were booked into Aug already for residential but suggested I call Brian to discuss the matter with him. I called a left a message for him and he returned my call within a couple hours. As you can imagine, this noise coming from an outlet was very disconcerting. He said he’d get someone here that afternoon which put my mind at ease. Within two hours someone was here and resolved the issue. Many thanks to Brian returning my call quickly and getting someone over here. From the receptionist to the electrician that came, customer service on a scale of 1-10, gets a 10 being the highest.

I was referred to Northern Electric to install charging equipment for a Tesla automobile. I was told by Tesla to expect the car in May. I got an email from Tesla indicating my car would arrive in four days. Should be a happy surprise except that we were trading in my wife's car on something she couldn't drive if she couldn't charge. I contacted Northern. Brian was able to come out the next day and assess a complicated install - my home is a remodel. Corey, Mark and Bill showed up the next day and completed that install on time and so well you couldn't tell they had been there. This for a customer who had never spent a dime with them before. So I'm a difficult customer, with no history, a challenging job and a critical timeline and they nailed it with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Northern again.
