Our boiler went out on a late afternoon, I called Nicolet and they were out to our home within an hour in a half. Very professional on the phone. The service tech and owner came out. They were very knowledgeable on everything and respectful. We decided to have our 30+ yr old boiler replaced. The crew came out, they were very courteous and did a phenomenal job.
