Stay as far away as you can . Got two crowns . The first took three times to fit . Then fell off in 11 months and meadow brook smiles Green Bay would not stand behind it . Charged me $170 to glue it on and now in 8months it fell off again. Second crown ended up needing a root canal after 6 months .Then fell off also in less than a year. Total mistake going there.
