We used this "service" several years ago when a family member died. The office was locked when we came for our appointment, the person we were to meet drives up LATE in a sports car, and it went downhill from there. The final touch was an insensitive joke told at the expense of our deceased loved one. Cold, self serving, and insensitive people at the West Side location. And then there were the excess charges. I will not even use their "services" for my companion animals. When i told my elderly neighbor that I wouldn't recommend the, she said she wouldn't either. Neither of us had to explain why.
Helped me with cremating my family pet in the most compassionate way possible. Thank you for your services and kindness during my family's time of need.
