You were fantastic to work with and words cannot express how thankful we are for everything you did for my Aunt Pam and Uncle Dennis. After the recent passing of my husband, I was blessed to have Lyndahl and their staff assist me in walking gently through all of the things that needed to be done. I did not feel pressured to do anything but what my husband and I wanted to do. They did make suggestions for things we might not have thought about. I appreciated all of their input, some things I chose and others I didn't. Throughout the whole process they treated my husband and our large extended family with compassion...they cared! They helped coordinate everything from transporting my husband, calling and making appointments with cemetery for me, ordering drinks and snacks for the funeral home and arranging the funeral luncheon after service. Chris and his staff ensured that we had plenty of the necessities for the large group that was expected and did not disappoint. From tissues to drinks, snacks and available seating for folks that needed it, they took great care to understand what was important to us. The were organized and prepared. All events and services started and ended promptly without it seeming pushed. They managed a very large gathering of folks (greater than 400 in both days) with tenderness and care. Nothing about these events is fun to have to think about when a loved one passes away. Thankfully with Lyndahl, my only worry was to comfort those around me and be comforted that the staff had it all under control.
