My first contact was with Tesia who was very pleasant and professional. She had the work estimate emailed to me very quickly. Since the estimate clearly covered my project, I was able to immediately digitally sign and have my finalized contract in place to keep my project on schedule. A few days before the project was to commence, I received an email from Matt to confirm the details which I greatly appreciated. The work crew arrived when expected and were kind and considerate of our needs during construction. The work was completed as scheduled which allowed for smooth integration with other related projects that were underway.I made a point to stop at Creative Deck’s office to make my final payment so that I could personally express my thanks to Tesia for making my project flow so smoothly.
