Melanie was extremely caring, detailed, precise and really took her time to make sure my haircut was exactly how I wanted it. I couldn’t be more appreciative and highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful pamper session! I also found the pricing very reasonable.
I called yesterday, and a very nice receptionist named Lynn was able to fit me in the same day. I needed serious color correction; I went in with very orange roots and light blonde hair with a lot of lavender. Melony took her time, making sure she would not damage my hair, using a few different colors to create the perfect blonde color I had described. Melony will be my hairdresser moving forward. Years ago, Keith's team did my extensions, and they were always done perfectly. Also, friends who have lost hair or like different looks have been able to find perfect wigs with a large selection to choose from. Unfortunately, a family member experienced hair loss and began going to Keith Salon for 4years. The stylist are great my problem is with the pricing for a simple top wig. That is tapped or glued on. They kept increasing the price everytime she would visit. We were paying monthly over $350. We felt taken advantage of. I respect the profession and the work but to continually increase your price is heartless. We found a better salon that isnt just money hungry. We get more hair and better service for $150. The hair piece its self is literally $50. How your were charging $350 for 30min of work is ridiculous.
