15/10 would recommend seeing Dr. Trista! I started seeing her several years ago with many symptoms relating to my digestive system at the time, thyroid issues, endometriosis just to name a few. I was a mess at the time and struggling. I still choose to see her on a regular basis for maintenance because she is able to help with nervous system regulation. I get some of my best quality sleep after appointments with her! Very thankful for all that she does!

Trista is compassionate, professional, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, explains everything that she is doing, and gives recommendations for other health care professionals who might help me. Even though I have only been a patient of Trista‘s for the past few weeks, she has already worked wonders on my body in the first three sessions.
