If you need your basement repaired, I think Gary J Basten Construction is the best company to use! I had such severe problems with my basement walls that other companies couldn't handle the work. I can't say enough good things about this company! The Project Manager, Matt, worked with me to get the repairs that needed to be done at a fair price. Quality of work is excellent! Matt and his team remodeled my master bath, finished my entire basement and added a full bathroom, replaced flooring in different rooms throughout my home, replaced my kitchen sink, replaced light fixtures, painted walls, and fixed two of my concrete porches that were crumbling, found a mouse nest : removed the soiled insulation and sealed the exterior of my home where the mice were getting in, replaced my front door, they also fixed my garage door. During the demo, they found a few plumbing and electrical issues that were not up to code. Great experience with Basten Construction! I had a difficult time finding a contractor to repair and solidify my pier and beam structure. Matt and his crew really listened to my concerns, understood the job, and took great care in performing the work! They did an excellent job at a great price and I am now on a solid foundation!
