I took my first group training class and it was very rewarding. I love the atmosphere and the cool rugged look of the gym. All the staff was very friendly and help push you to get the best results.I will definitely be going regularly now.I highly recommend giving this gym a try!

Have been going here for a few months for massage therapy and have had a great experience. Very friendly and kind staff, and Ruthanne is a great massage therapist. Highly recommend!

I have never gone to a gym for over 10 months before, the accountability and the growth I get from Fitnessology have keep me coming back. One of my goals was to hit the golf ball farther, with the exercises put together by my trainers at 57 years old I am hitting it farther than I have in years. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
