I had a very disappointing experience. The manicure and pedicure took almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, which was far longer than expected. On top of that, the manicure turned out poorly, especially considering I paid over $100 for both services. I expected better quality and efficiency for the price.

Although Elle nail is so clean and cute, I had such a poor experience. I got my nails done for my engagement pictures and although they were pretty… i don’t remember the man’s name.. it took 2.5 hours for a basic pedicure and full set manicure… I’ve never been at a salon that long and I was almost late for another appointment. In addition, 4 nails fell off in under 12 hours and I did not do anything but vacuum and fold clothes.

I was sure to be careful with them so they’d be good for our pictures. I then went back the next day and they made me go back to the same guy to have them fixed even after I asked if I could have a new person and the nails proceeded...read full review

I went in to get my nails done on a Friday morning, and they were done by a little gentleman way in the back. He did not listen to anything that I wanted done my nails chipped after two days.
I called on Monday to let them know I wasn't happy and was told to come in the next day and kim, the owner would make them right.
I went in the next day and met with Kim. She redid my nails to make them right However, 2 days later, chipping again, the acrylic isn't even and my nails look terrible. I won't be going back.
