the only gripe I have with dental arts associates would come on the billing end of things. the dentists and assistants were lovely and did quick painless work. the only issue I had was being billed $500 more than I was initially quoted, then calling later to find out that it was a mistake they made on their end that if I hadn't caught, I'd be out 500 dollars. that did rub me the wrong way, but hopefully it was just a simple mistake and I will make sure to stay on top of them in the future so it doesn't happen again.
The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr Maraka was just great. Easy to understand and great bedside manner. I also really liked Erin she was gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. They both made the experience excellent.
Seen promptly with surprise dental issue
Acquired X-rays from dentist in Florida
Took X-rays in Green Bay and shared with Florida dentist. Plan established. First option selected. Dr Graf engaged and ON IT!! So far Option 1 working !! Caring/ compassionate / experienced/ SMART!!
Fingers crossed first option solves my tooth issue but if not confident I will be directed well thru next process
