I took my wife's 3 year old Lenovo all-in-one to be repaired. It was slower than molasses. On the same day, they identified two sources of the problem, a malfunctioning hard drive and limited RAM. Within a couple of days they had the computer repaired and updated. It worked like new. I was very satisfied with their service and pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to return when I have other computer needs.

Stellar service, pricing and knowledge. My son got a new PC for Christmas that was damaged. Not only did Cyber Works diaginos the problem, but they repaired it, replaced the part and installed it the SAME day! I was expecting it to run over the holiday weekend, and my son was able to his enjoy his Christmas present over the New Year's weekend, all because the staff and work ethic was grand. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be happier that all procedures were well advised, educated on updated materials and didn't over sell equipment we didn't need. Thank you Mikey at Cyber Works and the entire team. Our family is forever great full for your great professionalism.

Went there for TSA Pre and the guys there were very polite and helpful. Got through the process for my wife and I in no time at all really made it easy. The store was clean and offered some complementary drinks as well just a nice touch when waiting in the comfy chairs they had as well.
