“I called on a Monday for non-emergency service of installing shutoffs and new faucets in two bathrooms along with replacing a bathtub drain. Mark gave me a rough estimate which I accepted, and we set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 am. Dan arrived promptly, did the work asked for and even a couple of minor extra things.
