WOW!! This team was absolutely top notch, 11-year old grandson very sick, upset to get a throat culture & other tests and his nurse was amazing, patient but assertive & honest, and open to work with me and get tests done. His provider also just excellent, listened, ordered appropriately to rule out & get an accurate dx. We got timing updates, dimmed the lights so sick grandson could rest & be comfortable in the room while we waited, and I felt very confident in care plan. Thank you care team!! I went to urgent care on 5/21/2023 to have my right foot evaluated. I received excellent treatment. My ankle and fibula were broken; therefore, an appointment was made for me to see a doctor at Bellin Titletown Orthopedic and Sports Medicine on 5/22/2023. Thank you urgent care staff!

I went in around 425.. Came out around 520. Pretty great time on top of a very very nice nurse and APNP today. Linda and Tim. Thank you for making me feel like i mattered and actually took the time to understand and help. Thank you.
