Before the work began, I was offered items off their 'comfort menu,' which included a blanket, having my chair heated or put on a relaxing massage setting, and many other options. During my cleaning, I was given lip balm and a warm lavender scented washcloth. Dr. Bob and his assistant Emma were great, and Heather, my hygienist, was superb! They all checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. I have been to three appointments in the past few months. All my experiences at BFD have been calm. Everyone is kind, caring, and professional. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist.
