Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment time to avoid distracting our team and their clients. Nobody else besides you (the client) is permitted to the appointment or office. We will only allow one child between the ages of 4-12 be at the appointment. Please provide them a tablet during the time of your service and ask them to be on their best behavior. If you will be late, please text your service provider or 920-288-9230 to inform us. If later than 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled, and you will acquire a no-show fee. Cancellations require a 48-hour notice. If not met, a cancellation fee will be charged on the credit card on file. No future appointments are accepted until the fee is paid off.
