Bay Heating Service (specially Dave Drews) is hands down the absolute best service company I have ever had the pleasure of working with since becoming a home owner. The kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, how quickly they were able to get me in, and desire to truly help was such a blessing. Our AC unit decided to stop working 2 days ago in 90 degree weather. Total professionalism with Dave and Shane. They were both Respectful, courteous and friendly. They explained things as they were going along. Shane got us back up and running again in no time at all. They were even able to come the same day my husband called.
